Cynthia Brookhart Riggs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and telecommunications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at Evraz, North America since 2011, Cynthia oversees operations in a leading engineered steel products company and reports directly to the CFO. Prior to this role, Cynthia held positions at VimpelCom as Senior Manager of B2B Services, overseeing communications for a vast international client base, and at Fujitsu Services as Principal Consultant in Telecommunications & IT, managing key aspects of the software development life cycle. Cynthia's career also includes a role at MCI as Manager of IT Business Systems Sales & Support, where important communication processes were developed for system changes. Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business from Oakland University.
