Elena Samsonova

Elena Samsonova is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at EVRAZ PLC since November 2021, Elena has also held significant positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of HR for a family trust since 2020, and Deputy General Director and Human Resources Director at Public Joint Stock Company "TransContainer" from 2019 to 2020. Previous roles include HR Director at EuroChem and Global Ports, as well as Project Office Director Deputy at Norilsk Nickel. Elena's career in human resources began at Uralkali, where Elena served as Vice President of Human Resources for over a decade. Elena holds an Executive Programme degree from London Business School, a Master of Arts in Management with a focus on HR Management from Durham University Business School, and education from the International Management Institute St. Petersburg and Perm State University.
