Martin Pound

Martin Pound is a strategic leader and operations builder currently serving as the Head of Lockers Strategy at Evri, where they oversee the expansion of the parcel locker network in the U.K. They previously held senior roles at Vinted, where they successfully established a comprehensive delivery solution for the French marketplace, and at Enjoy Technology, Inc., driving growth in the U.K. operations. Martin's extensive experience includes significant positions at Amazon, where they contributed to the development of Prime Now's operations. Currently, they are pursuing degrees in Lean leadership and Lean Six Sigma at the University of Bedfordshire while having completed a Level 7 strategic management program through the Chartered Management Institute.
