Eileen Li

Eileen Li has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Eileen served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Evriholder Products, LLC, where they led the transformation and continuous improvement of the global supply chain and operations. Eileen successfully re-engineered the supply chain, developed strategic infrastructure, and simplified the model, resulting in enhanced enterprise value. Additionally, Eileen Li led global operations and supply chain improvement, achieving significant growth and profitability despite supply chain disruptions and the impacts of COVID.

Prior to their role at Evriholder Products, LLC, Eileen Li worked at Avery Dennison - Office Products as the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain, where they managed a high-performing global operation team and oversaw a $150MM business. Eileen also served as the Sr. Supply Chain Manager at the same company, where they successfully negotiated complex contracts and implemented strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Eileen Li held positions at Cisco Systems - Linksys Division as the Sr. Manager of Global Procurement, where they led procurement professionals and significantly improved inventory turns. Eileen also worked at Extron Electronics as the International Materials Supervisor and ThreeSixty Group Ltd. as the Supply Chain Manager. Additionally, they served as a Legal Advisor at Shandong Import.

Throughout their career, Eileen Li has consistently demonstrated their expertise in supply chain management, operations improvement, and strategic planning, contributing to the success and growth of the companies they have worked for.

Eileen Li holds an MBA in International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. Eileen also obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Law and another Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nanjing University. Eileen Li has additional certifications in CPIM, CPSM, and CPM from APICS and ISM.
