Boris Vidal

Boris Vidal has a diverse work experience in the broadcasting and video integration industry. Boris started their career in 2007 as an EFP technician at VPS NOVELTY where they worked on professional events. Boris then joined EUROMEDIA TELEVISION as an assistant video technician before moving on to RED TV as a video master control room technician.

In 2009, Boris worked at BRITASIA TV as an ENG technician and video master control room operator. Boris then joined SOFT Ads Poitiers as an assistant video integrator for a brief period.

In 2012, Boris joined EVS Broadcast Equipment where they took on various roles. Boris began as a project intern at the Projects Broadcast department, where they assisted in the installation of broadcasting systems. Boris then became a Technical Account Manager, providing active and proactive support to clients and implementing preventive maintenance. After that, Boris served as a Solutions Architect, advising and creating technical solutions, and responding to tender calls. Boris later became a Project Manager, overseeing projects from start to finish.

In their most recent role at EVS Broadcast Equipment, Boris worked as a Project Engineer where they ensured the technical and human aspects of the project were carefully managed. Boris integrated EVS hardware and software solutions, implemented systems on-site, provided technical and operational support, and maintained the systems up to date.

Boris Vidal pursued their education in audiovisual engineering at two different institutions. From 2006 to 2008, they attended L.I.S.A, where they obtained a BTEC degree. Boris then furthered their studies at Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France from 2009 to 2012, acquiring a two-year Master's degree in audiovisual engineering.
