Elisa Crepin

Elisa Crepin has a diverse work experience starting in 2016. Elisa began as an Innovation Camp member at Les Jeunes Entreprises asbl (LJE) in October 2016. Elisa then worked as an Instructor student at HEC Liège from September 2016 to June 2017. In 2018, Elisa joined Lidl Belgique et Luxembourg as a Collaborator, where they worked as a student job until June 2019. Elisa then joined EVS Broadcast Equipment in October 2019 as an Intern in the HR Department. Elisa later became a Compensation & Benefits Officer from May 2020 to November 2022. Currently, Elisa is working as a Business Operations Analyst at EVS Broadcast Equipment starting from November 2022.

Elisa Crepin began their education journey in 2014 at HEC Liège, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering in 2018. During their undergraduate studies, in 2017, they also attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) for a brief period to further enhance their knowledge in Business Engineering.

In 2018, Elisa continued their education at HEC Liège, pursuing a Master's degree in Intrapreneurship & Management of Innovation Projects. Alongside their studies, they also enrolled at Kozminski University in the same year to pursue a Master's degree in Business Engineering.

Elisa's thirst for learning extended beyond their regular academic courses. In 2019, they participated in a Summer School program at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, further broadening their academic experience.

In 2020, Elisa successfully completed their Master's degree in Intrapreneurship & Management of Innovation Projects at HEC Liège. Throughout their education, Elisa showed an interest in business and engineering, as evident from their chosen fields of study.

Additionally, Elisa has obtained several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2020, they completed a certification in Learning Excel: Data Analysis from LinkedIn. In 2021, they expanded their expertise by obtaining the Foundation Workshop certification from Management 3.0 and became an HR Business Partner through a certification from LinkedIn. In 2022, Elisa acquired the certifications for Sales Compensation and SIPs from Keynotive, and the Virtual Masterclass in Compensation Design and Pay-for-Performance, also from Keynotive. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with current industry trends.
