Joe Watts

Joe Watts is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project engineering and civil design. Currently serving as a Project Engineer II at EVS, Inc., since August 2023, Joe previously worked at Blue Ridge Power as a Civil Engineering Designer, where responsibilities included erosion control design, basin design using Civil 3D, and obtaining DOT driveway access permits. With a background that includes roles at Network Building + Consulting as an Engineer and at Rolton Group as a Project Engineer, Joe has developed a strong foundation in external works, drainage design, and site grading for solar fields. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University, complemented by early experience as an Assistant Civil Engineer at BakerHicks and a Technician at Morgan Sindall.
