Neil Palphramand is a highly experienced professional in the field of operations and quality management, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Quality at Evtec Superlight since November 2023. Previously, Neil held significant roles at Volta Trucks and Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., where responsibilities included leading body engineering product development, divisional quality management for weld body and press stampings, and implementing high-accuracy body strategies. Neil's tenure at Jaguar Land Rover as a Principal Engineer involved designing and creating CAD models for weld panels, while the early career began with a technical apprenticeship at Rover Group. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Product Design and Manufacture from Brunel University of London.
