Robin Wijngaarden

Robin Wijngaarden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2004, they began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Bokes Café - Restaurant, where they managed the restaurant during opening hours. They then transitioned to the IT industry and worked as an Account Manager Sales at SYSQA BV, focusing on bringing in new projects related to software testing, requirements analysis, and IT process improvements.

In 2014, Robin joined IRI - Growth Delivered as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for acquiring new clients in the FMCG manufacturing industry and maintaining the company's position within the perishable goods branch. They also initiated a project to obtain data on the alcoholic beverage industry from major retailers in the Netherlands.

Following this, Robin worked at Sparco International BV as a New Business Manager Loyalty, advising organizations in the food, travel, and construction industries on cost-efficient and suitable loyalty solutions.

In 2017, Robin became a Sales and Marketing Coach at SCORE Philadelphia, providing guidance on business plan writing, sales, and marketing challenges. They also participated in the Veterans Entrepreneurial Jumpstart Program at Saint Joseph's University.

From 2018 to 2021, Robin owned and coached at RW Rowing, an organization focused on rowing. They also served as a Rowing Coach at William Penn Charter School during this time.

In 2019, Robin joined PayPal as a Business Funding Expert - Inside Sales, supporting business owners in obtaining additional funding and providing advice on short-term business loans via PayPal and LoanBuilder. They later took on roles as an Expansion Market Account Executive and Team Lead Expansion Market Account Executive.

Most recently, Robin joined Visualfabriq - AI Enhanced Revenue Management in 2021 as a Customer Success Project Manager. In this role, they implemented Revenue Growth Management SaaS within the FMCG industry, leading multiple implementation projects supported by a team of knowledge experts and following Project Management Institute guidelines.

Looking ahead, Robin Wijngaarden will begin working as the Chief Customer Officer at EVtools: Laadinfrastructuur in 2023, focusing on data-driven infrastructure expansion.

Robin Wijngaarden has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their higher general secondary education at Jan Arentsz College, focusing on science and health. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hotel Management from Hotel Management School Maastricht. During this time, they also obtained a certification in SPIN Selling.

In 2006, Robin attended TietgenSkolen eud & eux to study Marketing Management as part of their BA degree. Subsequently, in 2009, they pursued an MSc degree in International Business Management from Maastricht School of Management.

Additionally, in 2010, Robin participated in a Master Class on the Economics and Business Relations of China at Tsinghua University in Beijing.

Throughout their education, Robin has also obtained various certifications. In 2011, they obtained a certification in TMap NEXT Foundation from EXIN and another certification in Requirements en Informatieanalyse from SYSQA B.V. More recently, in 2020, they acquired certifications in Asking Great Sales Questions and Setting Business Unit Goals from LinkedIn, as well as an Impromptu Speaking certification from the same platform.
