Evvi Energy was born out of a need to serve Stakeholders in the built environment. Residential developments have immensely advanced over time in terms of services and utilities they render to their consumers. The Real Estate industry has tried to establish projects-residential and commercial-that are modern, convenient and encompass all-inclusive utilities. 
One such utility that has been least attended to is domestic LPG (cooking gas).
Evvi Energy is on a mission to have domestic LPG utilities as a standard to any facility. We are a group of forward thinking Engineers hoping to provide a safe and sustainable mode of LPG service provision into Real Estate.
Our services and products include;
1. Feasibility study for the LPG service on the premises.
2. Design and analysis of LPG Reticulation Systems.
3. Supply and installation of LPG Reticulation Systems-(LPG bulk cylinders, pressure regulators, gas pipes, prepaid/postpaid gas meters, air filters, solenoid valves, gas/smoke/fire detectors and other accessories).
4. Software-as-a-service management of prepaid smart meters (Payments and Accounts' Management).
5. Supply of Bulk LPG to on-site gas cylinders.
These services are offered to 
1. Gated communities and apartment blocks
2. Commercial developments (Institutions, schools, hotels, malls and organizations)
3. Private home residencies
Our aim is to work with consultants in the built environment so as to incorporate such amenities at design stage. However, existing developments can be modified to have these amenities too.
For real estate developers, our value proposition is that they are enabled to own and monetize this utility to their residents/tenants.
In line with offering smart metering solutions for gas, we also offer Smart Water Meters for management of water utilities.
