Altaf Peerzade

Altaf Peerzade is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the water supply and distribution sector. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Technician at the Electricity and Water Authority in Bahrain since July 2022, Altaf oversees planning and construction activities within the Water Distribution Directorate. Prior to this role, Altaf worked as an O&M Advisor at Larsen & Toubro, managing the operation and maintenance of water supply systems. With a robust background at Veolia, Altaf held positions as Zonal Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on continuous pressured water distribution networks and performance management in Karnataka, India. Altaf began a career in engineering as a trainee at the Desein Indure Group, gaining foundational experience in co-generation thermal power plant operations. Altaf holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology.
