Rana Asad

Rana Asad is a seasoned Business Process Analyst at the Electricity & Water Authority in Bahrain, with over a decade of experience since May 2010. Responsibilities include managing the overall Contact Center project transition and leading the EWA’s Collections Project from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Rana governed a Water Emergency Maintenance Outsourcing Contract valued at US $3 million. Prior experience includes serving as the In-charge of the Management Information Systems Department at MENA Business Services from August 2008 to May 2010, overseeing analysis and reporting for both the Authority of Electricity & Water and the Ministry of Health, while facilitating operations at the Contact Centre. Rana's career began in customer service roles, providing assistance for the Authority of Electricity & Water and ZAIN Telecom projects. Rana holds an Advance Accounting Technician qualification from Oxford Brookes University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Punjab.
