Becca Pryse has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Becca began their career as a Research Assistant in the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1993. Becca then moved on to the Minnesota House of Representatives, where they worked as the Director of Legislative Services from 1997 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Ewald Consulting and held several roles, including Government Relations Manager and VP of Public Affairs until 2018. Becca currently serves as the VP of HR and Staff Development and Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief of Staff, SHRM-CP at Ewald Consulting.
Becca Pryse obtained their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1989 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in various professional development courses from LinkedIn, including "Communicating Internally during Times of Uncertainty," "Cultivating a Growth Mindset," "Gaining Skills with LinkedIn Learning," "Diversity Recruiting," "Motivating and Engaging Employees," "Unconscious Bias," "Rewarding Employee Performance," "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations," "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers," "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals," and "Inclusive Leadership."
