Before their time at PTC Group, Monique held multiple positions at various organizations. Monique served as an Analista de Gestão e Produtividade III at Stoller do Brasil Ltda. from February 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at GRUPO NC as an Analista Corporativo de Processos Sênior from June 2018 to February 2019 and as an Analista Corporativo de Processos Pleno from June 2017 to June 2018.

Monique's earlier work experience includes roles at Unilever, where they served as an Analista de produção from December 2015 to June 2017. Monique also worked as an Information Assistant at Unilever, where they were responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the SAP system and providing SAP support to all Unilever HPC plants in Brazil from November 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistente de Informações - Implantação SAP at Unilever, where they played a key role in implementing a global SAP project for harmonizing systems and processes across multiple countries and improving logistics and fiscal benefits from January 2011 to October 2013. Monique'srole also involved developing manufacturing solutions to align with the proposed SAP system harmonization across all Latin American factories.

Monique S. began their education journey in 2009, attending Centro Universitário Nossa Senhora do Patrocínio - CEUNSP where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration. Monique completed their studies in 2010.

In 2011, Monique enrolled at Faculdade Max Planck, where they continued their education in Business Administration and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Monique'sstudies at Max Planck concluded in 2012.

With a desire to specialize in strategic production management, Monique pursued a Postgraduate degree in Strategic Production Management at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2015 to 2016. This program allowed their to gain expertise in the strategic aspects of production management.

In 2018, Monique attended Escola EDTI, where they completed a course in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. The curriculum focused on process improvement and equipped their with skills in this area.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills in organizational leadership, Monique pursued an MBA in People Management with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2019 to 2022. This program provided their with a comprehensive understanding of managing people and leading organizations.
