Shane Sweeney

Shane Sweeney is an experienced professional in sales and operations, currently serving as the Regional Director of Sales and Operations at EWC Growth since November 2025. Prior to this role, Shane was a District Manager at Rowan, where responsibilities included launching Chicago Studios, overseeing training for Midwest teams, and achieving sales targets.
