Irina Tiemann

Dr. Irina Tiemann is a Professor of Product Management at IU International University of Applied Sciences since May 2021, while also serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Development Manager at EWE AG since February 2018. Previously, Dr. Tiemann was a Senior Researcher at the University of Oldenburg from January 2014 to February 2018, contributing to the Oldenburg Center for Sustainability Economics and Management, focusing on incentives and support mechanisms for climate protection and sustainability start-ups. Other roles include Business Development Manager at aleo solar (June 2011 - December 2013) and Researcher at the University of Muenster (February 2008 - May 2011), where Dr. Tiemann engaged in innovation management and pursued a PhD. Dr. Tiemann's academic journey began with a degree in Business Chemistry from the University of Münster, completed in 2008.
