Howard Marotto

Howard Marotto serves as the Additive Manufacturing Business Director at EWI since September 2020, and holds the rank of Colonel in the United States Marine Corps Reserves, where a career since October 1994 encompasses various leadership and technical roles. Notably, Marotto has excelled in positions such as Deputy Director of Reserve Affairs, Action Officer at Marine Forces Cyber Command, and Deputy Commander of the 4th Marine Logistics Group. Recognized for innovation, Marotto led the Next Generation Logistics initiative, receiving the Department of the Navy's Innovation Leadership Award. Expertise includes strategic logistics management, additive manufacturing integration, and military logistics coordination across multiple international operations. Educational qualifications include dual Master’s degrees in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy and National Defense University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Geography from Ohio Wesleyan University.
