Louis Green

Louis Green is the Global Director of Diversity Strategy at EWIE Co., Inc. and the former President and CEO of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council. Louis has over 20 years of experience in supplier diversity and social responsibility.

Louis began their career in supplier diversity at the University of Michigan, where they served as the Supplier Diversity and Social Responsibility Leader from 1999 to 2003. In this role, they were responsible for increasing business opportunities between the university and minority-owned businesses.

In 2005, Louis became the President and CEO of the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). During their tenure at MMSDC, they facilitated over $138 billion in contracts to small and medium businesses, and helped MMSDC become one of the nation’s premier organizations for increasing business opportunities between major buying organizations and minority-owned businesses.

In 2014, Louis left MMSDC to join EWIE Co., Inc. as the Global Director of Diversity Strategy. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies that help EWIE Co., Inc. meet its business goals.

Louis is an expert in the SME space and is trusted and respected by corporate decision makers across the United States. Louis is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in supplier diversity and social responsibility.

Louis Green has a Masters in International Economic Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Government from Oberlin College. Louis also has certification from the National Minority Supplier Development Council in Minority Business Enterprise.

They are on a team with Scott Burk - Co-President, Donna Rivard - Director of Finance & Operations, Canada, and Jez Quigg - Director of Finance & Administration, EWIE Europe. Their manager is Manoj K. Sachdeva, Chairman, CEO, President & Co-Founder.
