Marianne Quistgaard Iversen

Marianne Quistgaard Iversen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-direktør at EWII since May 2011, overseeing HR, CSR, and QHSE strategies to support business objectives within the energy sector. Previous roles at Post Danmark from August 1994 to April 2011 include HR-Manager/Personalechef, where responsibilities encompassed the development of new HR teams, negotiation of local agreements, and employee and team development, as well as leading various HR initiatives in organizational transformation and working environment certification. Marianne's educational background includes an HD degree from Syddansk Universitet and a leadership program from Post Danmark, complemented by degrees in business administration, economics, and English.
