As a founding member of LaunchBreak, Ashley advocates for a supportive and inclusive community for athletes involved in women's sports. Previous experience includes serving as a project architect and project manager at CLR Design and as an intern architect at Grant Architects. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
