Roger Tomlinson

Roger Tomlinson has had a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as a Manager at Hydrogen Group. Roger then became the Managing Director at LFT Associates from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Manager in Banking & FS at Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they were the Manager of the Interim & Contract, Banking & FS Division at Oliver James Associates. Roger then joined JC Chapman as the Principal and Head of Business Development from 2016 to 2019. Their most recent position was as the Head of Business Development at Ntrinsic Consulting from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Regional Director for EMEA at EWM Global, where they currently work.

Roger Tomlinson completed their education at Northumbria University, where they earned a BA Honours degree in Geography from 1995 to 1998. Prior to this, they received their GCSEs and A Levels at Gresham's School from 1988 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, Roger obtained Level 1 Boxing Fundamentals and Level 2 Advanced Boxing from Hatton Boxing in 2018.
