Douglas T. Mawhinney

Douglas T. Mawhinney, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Accounting (Controller) at Geneva College and holds the positions of CFO and COO for ewo's US subsidiary. With extensive experience in finance and administration, Mawhinney previously led finance operations at WE-EF LIGHTING USA, overseeing legal strategies and office administration, and achieved significant profitability during an interim management role. Prior to this, Mawhinney was an independent consultant for Gazzam Machine Co., where financial turnaround initiatives were implemented, and worked as an auditor with McClintock & Associates, P.C. Douglas Mawhinney started career as an AR Specialist at USIS, ensuring financial compliance and accounting accuracy. Mawhinney holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration with Management and Accounting concentrations from PennWest Clarion and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
