Sandra Yancey is the Founder & CEO at eWomen Network. Sandra has over 25 years of experience in organization development consulting. Sandra specializes in re-engineering, process improvement, climate surveys and analyses, workgroup facilitation, and management coaching and training.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver.

Sandra Yancey has a 2-yr Post-Graduate Certification in Organization & Systems Design from the Gestalt Institute, a Masters of Science in Organization Development from American University, and a Bachelor of Science in Organization Psychology from Capital University.
