Alice Biloch

Alice Biloch is currently the Internal Communications and Employer Branding Lead at Ework Group, leveraging eight years of experience in communication and HR to enhance employee experience and leadership effectiveness. Previously, Alice held notable positions, including Manager of Internal Communications at Doktor24 and Consultant and Program Manager at Novare Leadership Academy, where they facilitated leadership programs for emerging talents and senior executives. Alice began their career at Svenska McDonald's AB, serving as an Assistant Manager, and has also worked in sales and student relations at Gant AB and Deloitte Sweden respectively. Alice earned a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Studies from Uppsala University between 2013 and 2016.
