Elin Östergren

Elin Malveholm is an accomplished professional in offshore safety and project management, currently serving as the Leader Offshore Safety at Equinor since April 2016, where responsibilities include advising on safety within various offshore operations. Elin has extensive experience in implementing Lean methodologies, coaching management, and has held several key positions at Statoil, including Senior Engineer Operations and Management Advisor, where engagement with senior management provided valuable insights into operations. Additionally, Elin has played a leadership role in the Corporate AKAN committee and served as Chairman of Young in Statoil Bergen. Educational background includes an MBA from Lund University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration and diverse international experience in hospitality and management roles.
