Joakim Romanus

Joakim Romanus is an experienced HR executive with a demonstrated history of leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Ework Group since February 2024, Romanus previously held the position of Personaldirektör at Aller Media AB from November 2016 to February 2024. Prior to that, roles included Global Head of HR Engineering and Head of HR for Bombardier Transportation, and various HR positions at IBM. Romanus began a consulting career with Buybridge and Booz & Company and has a strong foundation in communication and change management. Academically, Romanus earned a PhD in Economic Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and is currently pursuing studies at Styrelseakademin.
