Michał Silski

Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and blockchain technology. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha focuses on innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government, providing training and mentorship to technical staff. As the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable. Micha held key leadership positions including Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to the creation of decentralized infrastructure and self-sovereign finance solutions. Additional expertise includes roles as a foundation board member and CTO at Share&Charge and advisory positions at the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io, supporting technological advancements in blockchain and digital economies. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further educational credentials in fintech and project management.
