Paulina Zar️

Paulina Zar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paulina is currently serving as the Head of Shared Delivery & Business Planning at Ework Group since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Tietoevry, where they held the role of Head of Delivery Excellence for Tietoevry Transform from January 2022 to January 2023, and Head of Delivery Excellence from February 2020 to December 2021. Paulina also has extensive experience at EVRY, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Business Area Sweden from November 2018 to February 2020, and as Vice President of Operational Excellence from May 2016 to October 2018. Paulina has also held roles such as Senior Manager Business Support and Group Controller - Program Manager at EVRY. Prior to EVRY, Paulina worked as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint. Their early work experience includes roles as Auditor Assistant at Cederblads Revisionsbyrå and Bank Clerk at Kristianstads Sparbank.

Paulina Zar attended Ruter Dam in 2017 but did not obtain a degree or study any particular field. From 1993 to 1997, they attended Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy and Management Support Systems.
