Kapil Narola is a Design Engineer at EWS Inc. since September 2023, specializing in the design of steel packaging equipment using SolidWorks. Prior experience includes serving as Production Lead in the CNC Brake Press area at EWS MX, where leadership of the CNC Brake Press Department was managed. At Flex-N-Gate, Kapil applied KAIZEN and 5S methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, while previous roles at Delta 70 Mfg. Ltd. and Miracle Mechanicals Mfg. Ltd. encompassed CNC machining and welding tasks. Kapil holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
