Monica M. Maier

Monica M. Maier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and marketing management. Currently serving as the Regional Marketing Manager at EWTN since March 2015, Monica previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Clinica Universidad de La Sabana from 2010 to 2013, where organizational strategies were developed to align human resources objectives with hospital goals. Prior roles at Universidad de La Sabana included Compensation Manager, responsible for payroll management for 1,500 employees, and Selection and Induction Coordinator. Monica holds an MBA in Administration and Management from Universidad de La Sabana, as well as a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
