Patti Connolly

Patti Connolly is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience that runs the gamut from large corporations to medium-sized and start-up companies in a variety of industries. Key areas of expertise include talent acquisition, talent management, change initiatives and employee engagement.

Connolly is a native New Yorker who began her career with Kraft Foods, where she spent more than 10 years prior to relocating to Atlanta. While in Atlanta, she worked in leadership roles for several technology companies including Headhunter.net; Checkfree; Lectra, Inc.; and was most recently with AutoTrader.com.

Connolly received a B.A. in Sociology from Pace University and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. In her spare time, you can find her volunteering in her parish, where she participated in the Life Teen program for over 10 years. Other interests include hiking and travel.
