exjudicata.com was launched 3 years ago to serve the growing number of lawyers and 3Ls seeking to transition to nonlegal careers, or simply in search of information about options.  

In January 2026, we launched a second platform, the EXJ Community as the first network for non-practicing lawyers (and those who aspire to be)

A place where non-practicing lawyers (NPLs) across myriad careers and multiple industries can come together to connect, build relationships, offer support to one another for career advancement, build wealth; develop new business and enjoy a cultivated lifestyle for 'life after law' 

A network of lawyers who share a common bond and understand the unique challenges and advantages of having a law degree as a foundation for success in their chosen nonlegal career.
