Amy Liakopoulos

Amy Liakopoulos, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Customer Success Consulting at Ex Libris, a position held since 2019. In this role, Amy develops and manages the deployment of programs focused on teaching, learning, and research solutions, ensuring an optimized customer experience. Prior to this, Amy was a Program Manager and Associate Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University from 2015 to 2019, where a rapid promotion was achieved alongside managing multiple language programs. Additional experience includes roles as a Learning & Development Consultant at ENTRELENGUAS, Program Coordinator and Language Instructor at Abbey Road Programs Inc., and an English Language Instructor at Enseñalia. Amy holds a Ph.D. and an MA in Hispanic Studies from Universidad de Zaragoza and a BA in Spanish & History from Valparaiso University.
