Tammy Shomron - Vinograd

Tammy Shomron-Vinograd currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Clarivate since August 2023, while also holding the position of VP Business Operations at Ex Libris since September 2018. At Ex Libris, Tammy has established the Business Operations function, focusing on business insights analysis, cross-functional process improvement, and sales operations across global regions. Tammy's prior experience includes multiple roles at NICE Ltd from 2011 to 2018, such as Director of Business Applications, where leadership of a team over 60 was notable for enhancing business application support and user experience. Earlier roles include significant project management positions at ESI and Bank Leumi, where achievements included transforming high-risk projects into profitable outcomes. Tammy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
