Zvi Vogel

Zvi Vogel possesses extensive experience in technical support within the library discovery software sector, currently serving as the Director of Technical Support at Ex Libris since June 2012. In this role, Zvi oversees global Tier 2 support for customers and has previously held positions as Technical Support Manager and Infrastructure Support Technical Lead. Prior to joining Ex Libris, Zvi worked at BootNet Ltd from June 2009 to May 2012, where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Technology and providing technical support analysis. Zvi's educational background includes studies at Open University Israel.
