Senior Director, Support & Customer Success at Neo4j

Dave Gordon is currently the Senior Director, Support & Customer Success at Neo4j. Dave has over fifteen years of experience in various technical and customer-facing roles.

Dave started their career as an Application Engineer II at PanGo Networks in March 2005. In this role, they were responsible for providing technical support for PanGo's location-based solutions. Dave also assisted with the development of new features and enhancements for the company's products. In March 2007, Dave left PanGo Networks to join InnerWireless Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer.

InnerWireless Inc. was acquired by BlackBox in October 2008, and Dave stayed on with the company for a few months before leaving to join AeroScout as a Technical Project Manager in November 2008. Dave was with AeroScout for just over two years before moving on to IBM in May 2011.

At IBM, Dave served as a Technical Account Manager for Signature customers and other large/medium strategic accounts. In this role, they acted as a trusted technical contact for any product-related questions, issues, escalations, and overall experience with IBM systems. Dave left IBM in March 2015 to join Neo4j as the Senior Director, Support & Customer Success.

After Dave Gordon graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, they received certification from Neo Technology in Neo4j Certified Professional.
