Chance Eiker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Chance started their career in 2008 as a Superintendent at G4S, where they worked until 2013. After that, they joined Illinois Tollway as a Fiber Optic / Utility Relocation Manager from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Chance Eiker is employed at eX2 Technology, LLC. Chance began working there in 2015 as a Project Manager - Operations and later became the Director of Operations in March 2022.
