Katie Bergin has over 13 years of experience in People Operations and HR Transformation, emphasizing operational efficiency and excellence in employee experience. Currently, they serve as the Senior Change and Transformation Lead at EX3, where they focus on strategic business outcomes. Katie's previous roles include HR Business Partner at HP and Head of Human Resources at JLL, where they managed the employee lifecycle and spearheaded HR process improvements. They hold a BA Honours in Management with Human Resource Management from The Robert Gordon University and a Master of Organisational and Business Psychology from the University of Liverpool.
