Alessandro Mele is an accomplished IT and Digital Innovation leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Group IT and Digital Innovation Director at EXA MP, Alessandro drives transformative initiatives to enhance business efficiency while designing a future-ready IT infrastructure. Previously, as Group IT Governance & Architecture Director at PRG Retail Group, Alessandro led strategic IT transformation initiatives and developed a governance framework. At Edenred, Alessandro managed IT governance, overseeing key areas such as budget and project portfolio. A history of successful project leadership at Michael Kors, Ermenegildo Zegna, and KPMG Advisory complements prior research experience at Siemens. Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
