Alessia Pinacoli

Alessia Pinacoli worked as the Group Head of Legal at EXA GROUP from April 2019 until the present. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Lawyer at AMTF avvocati, specializing in commercial, real estate, and corporate/M&A law. Alessia also worked as a Legal Counsel at Marni from September 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they worked at Jenny.Avvocati as an Associate Lawyer, handling commercial and real estate law, and as a Trainee Lawyer, also in the field of commercial and real estate law. Alessia started their career as an intern at the Court of Bergamo, where they gained experience in drafting judgments and orders, participating in hearings, and providing support to the Judge.

In 2007, they started studying at Università degli Studi di Bergamo, where they pursued a degree in Giurisprudenza (Law) and completed it in 2013. Following that, in 2013-2014, they attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and took part in the Scuola forense program. In 2018, they spent a year at Università degli Studi di Milano, earning a Master's degree in Fashion law. Finally, in 2021, they received training in Compliance - D.Lgs. 231/2001 through Euroconference.
