Sarunas Chomentauskas

Sarunas Chomentauskas has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sarunas started their career as a project manager at Lithuanian Telecom, where they were responsible for internet access and portal product development projects. In 1999, they founded their own company called Metasite, which they owned until 2004. From 2002 to 2005, they served as a member of the board for ISACA-Lithuania chapter. In 2005, they joined UAB Bite Lithuania as a product development manager for the Baltics, leading the BITE group product development team. Sarunas held this position until 2010.

In 2010, Sarunas became involved with Cherry Media, where they served as a minority investor. Sarunas also worked as a business development professional at Metasite Business Solutions during the same period. In December 2010, they bought out UAB ONE.LT from Mail.RU group and later sold the company to local Lithuanian investors in August 2011.

Since January 2011, Sarunas has been the CEO and co-founder of Exacaster, a Big Data & AI software provider for telecommunications and retail businesses. The company focuses on using AI to enhance customer acquisition and base management processes.

Throughout their career, Sarunas Chomentauskas has gained extensive experience in business development, entrepreneurship, and leadership, with a particular focus on the telecommunications industry.

Sarunas Chomentauskas obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University, which they attended from 1996 to 2001. In 1998, they participated in an exchange program at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, focusing on International Business. Prior to their university studies, Chomentauskas completed their secondary education at Vilniaus Salomėjos Nėries vidurinė mokykla. After their initial degree, they pursued further education and obtained another Bachelor of Arts degree, this time in Political Science, from Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University. However, the start and end year for this additional degree is not provided.
