Sergiejus Šutovas, PMP, ITIL, DevOps

Sergiejus Šutovas has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Sergiejus is currently the Head of Service Delivery at Exacaster, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to this, Sergiejus worked as an IT Service and project management consultant, operating independently.

From July 2019 to May 2020, they served as the Head of Software Development at The Penki Kontinentai Group, where they audited software development tools and processes, implemented improvements, and introduced an agile/devops mindset. Sergiejus was responsible for planning and implementing the ELK stack and E2E monitoring system during their tenure.

At LuminorGroup, from October 2018 to August 2019, they held the position of Head of IT Service Management. In this role, they established the IT Service Management team and implemented processes and practices for incident, problem, change, and asset management. Sergiejus was also responsible for onboarding new services to IT Operations.

From July 2016 to October 2018, Sergiejus served as the IT and Development manager at Ruptela. Sergiejus then joined Danske Bank as the Head of Tools and automation and Distributed Technology Operations teams from July 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to that, Sergiejus held the role of Head of IT Service Management and Operations at LITGRID AB from January 2014 to July 2015. Sergiejus also worked as a Service manager/Product manager for IT outsourcing services at Baltic Data Center from March 2011 to January 2014.

Sergiejus started their career in 2005 as an IT specialist/system administrator at AGA and later transitioned to the role of Web Project Manager at Altas from April 2003 to March 2005.

Throughout their career, Sergiejus has gained certifications in CISA, PMP, and ITIL, showcasing their expertise in information systems auditing, project management, and IT service management.

Sergiejus Šutovas, CISA, PMP, ITIL, completed a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 1999 to 2003.
