Cyril Person

Cyril Person has had a diverse range of roles in the IT field. Cyril started their career in 2002 as an Information Technology Specialist at MWR Automations, where they performed system administrator duties. From there, they worked as a Helpdesk Technician at WDS Global, providing customer support for high-end cell phones.

In 2008, Cyril joined Lapis Business Solutions as a Network and Systems Consultant, overseeing computer networks and handling hardware/software support. Cyril then joined Hyland in 2009, where they held multiple positions. Cyril initially served as an IS Support Specialist, handling the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various IT equipment.

Cyril later became an Internal Solution Engineer, where they played a crucial role in implementing the Ultimate UltiPro Human Capital Management system and migrating data. Cyril also served as the Senior HRIS Program Manager, acting as the primary liaison for internal departments and external vendors regarding HR data.

Most recently, Cyril joined ExactCare as the IT Director for Product and Data Management. In this role, they established the Data and Product Management division, formulated data processing designs, and developed claim data mining systems. Cyril used their prior experience and industry standard practices to identify and implement solutions for improving processes.

Throughout their career, Cyril has demonstrated skills in data management, technical support, system administration, and project management.

Cyril Person has a history of education in computer science. In 2008-2009, they obtained an Associate of Applied Business degree in Computer Science from Lakeland Community College. In 2012 and 2013, Cyril pursued additional coursework in the same field at both Lakeland Community College and Cuyahoga Community College. Currently, they are pursuing additional certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)/Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and OnBase Proficiency Level II.
