Patty Jasinski

Patty Jasinski has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Patty is currently employed at ExactCare as the Director of Patient Engagement since 2021. Prior to that, Patty worked at Cardinal Health for 15 years, where they held several positions of increasing responsibility. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Director of Sales Operations & Customer Retention, leading a customer retention program and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer experience. Before that, from 2014 to 2017, they were the Director of Billing Call Center & Patient Advocacy, overseeing an 84-person team and managing operational activities. Additionally, from 2006 to 2014, Patty worked their way up from Manager to Team Lead to Biller in the billing operations department. Throughout their career, Patty has demonstrated expertise in process improvements, team management, and fostering a culture of inclusion.

Patty Jasinski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Baldwin Wallace University during the period of 2001 to 2005.
