Anne Claire Kofflard

Anne Claire Kofflard has extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as Teamlead Customer Support at Exact since January 2021, after progressing through various roles within the company. Prior experience includes working as an Administratief medewerker at Franciscus Gasthuis & Vlietland, where responsibilities included patient interaction and appointment scheduling, as well as an internship in program development at AVROTROS, contributing to new TV formats and assisting with productions. Active in community engagement, Kofflard co-organized memorial services as a commission member with the Gemeente Rotterdam and helped coordinate orientation activities for new students at RVSV. Kofflard holds a Master of Arts in Media and Creative Industries from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has an educational background that includes time at the University of Calgary.
