Marc Hermans

Marc Hermans has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Marc began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they focused on audits of hi-tech companies. Marc then moved on to Crucell, where they served as the Finance Director and Head of Controlling, responsible for external accounting and corporate treasury. After that, they worked at Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, as a Senior Finance Manager, providing guidance on strategic financial issues. Marc also served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Nederlandse Rugby Bond, where they were responsible for the financial state of the union. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at Exact, overseeing business control, external reporting, business intelligence, and treasury, among other responsibilities.

Marc Hermans completed their education at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a degree in Accountancy. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1998, they studied Business Economics at Radboud University, earning a degree of Drs.
