Thom van Velsen

Thom van Velsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and ownership, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner/Product Manager at Exact since March 2012. In this role, Thom has worked collaboratively with teams in Malaysia and the Netherlands on traditional accountancy solutions and e-learning content for customer onboarding and retention. Thom has been instrumental in new product releases, roadmap creation, backlog maintenance, and implementing Lean startup and Design thinking principles. With a solid educational background that includes an MSc in Management of Innovation from Rotterdam School of Management, Thom has also participated in various roles, including training design and customer support, and has completed a Talent Development Program in Organizational Leadership at Exact Software.
