Thomas van Kempen

Thomas van Kempen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Customer Success Operations Manager at Exact since March 2013. Leading a team of eight, Thomas directs projects, process improvements, and data analyses within the customer success department. Prior roles at Exact include Team Lead Customer Success Operations, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the operations team for Small Business & Accountancy, as well as positions focused on optimizing internal processes in support roles. Earlier experiences include marketing internships at Kompak Nederland BV and Genneper Parken, alongside a role as Assistant Floor Manager at Connect Industries Ltd. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed secondary education at Pleincollege van Maerlant, focusing on Economics and Society.
