Caroline Davis

Caroline Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and corporate quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Exact Sciences since June 2021, Caroline oversees the Project Management and Continuous Improvement group within corporate quality. Prior roles include Principal Quality Assurance Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Senior Quality Engineer at Roche, where significant contributions included maintaining the Quality Management System and leading preparations for the ISO 9001-2015 transition audit. Caroline’s earlier tenure at Roche Sequencing Solutions involved effectively resolving product quality issues as Principal Scientist and enhancing complaint resolution processes, leading to a notable reduction in turnaround times. Caroline's career began with a Technical Support Scientist role at Promega, followed by a Post-doctoral Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on virology and drug resistance research. Caroline holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA in Biochemistry from The College of Wooster.
