Jun Hu

Jun Hu is an experienced bioinformatician currently serving as the Sr Director of Bioinformatics at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include leading MRD bioinformatics pipeline development and collaborating with R&D and clinical teams on assay development and validation. Previous roles include Director of Bioinformatics at Tempus Labs, overseeing initiatives in precision medicine, and Director of Bioinformatics at QIAGEN, where Jun focused on single-cell data processing and cloud migration. As CTO at OmicSoft Corporation, Jun established the data content and software development team for the company. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Bioinformatics from North Carolina State University and multiple master's degrees in related fields from Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology, along with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Wuhan University.
